Support during change or conflict

Sometimes, internal conflicts or long-term absences occur. OKB helps you keep a cool head in these situations. Together with an independent, experienced OKB advisor, you’ll discuss how to act clearly and fairly — without escalation. OKB advisors are former entrepreneurs or were once specialists in the business world, such as accountants, directors, lawyers, or marketing managers.

What does it cost?

A standard coaching program lasts six months and costs €200. You’ll receive personal guidance from a volunteer OKB advisor with HR experience. Together, you’ll identify bottlenecks and develop a plan that fits your company and your people.

Need help for less or more than six months? That’s possible too — shorter programs are available, and extensions are free.
