Concrete support for entrepreneurs in difficult times

It’s not always easy to know where to start when dealing with business challenges. What should be addressed first? What are your costs, and can you still cover them? What happens if you do nothing? We help you regain clarity.

Our volunteer business advisors provide tailored, practical guidance based on your specific situation. For example, we help you gain insight into your financial position and work toward a healthy cash flow. If your business needs restructuring or a restart, we’ll prepare together.

We also support you in conversations with creditors, such as the bank or the tax authorities. Together, we develop realistic plans and strategies to build a healthy future for your business. Your advisor is your mental support in difficult times — always ready to listen. We think along with you every step of the way.

What does the coaching program involve?

OKB’s support comes in the form of a coaching program, or “klankbordtraject.” After registering, we’ll match you with an advisor in your region. This advisor will help you regain control of your business situation. Together, you’ll analyze what’s going on, where you want to go, and which steps are needed to get there.

The program typically lasts six months but can be shorter or longer. During regular meetings, you’ll work toward specific goals. The entire program is confidential and costs €200, regardless of duration. Whether the program lasts three or nine months, you’ll never pay per meeting. Our foundation is non-profit. Our advisors work voluntarily and are solely there to support you.
