We process personal data that you actively provide to us when you use our services, register for a coaching programme, or contact us.

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

  • Gravity Forms (registration and contact forms)
  • OneDrive and SharePoint (secure file storage and collaboration)

In addition, your personal data will be shared with your assigned OKB advisor.

Transfers outside the European Union

Where applicable, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and additional safeguards to ensure an adequate level of protection for personal data transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

Data retention periods

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

Retention periods include:

  • Coaching programme registrations: as long as necessary
  • Emails: up to 2 years after the last contact
  • Newsletter data: for as long as you remain subscribed
  • Financial administration: 7 years (in accordance with legal requirements)
  • Cookies: in accordance with our Cookie Policy

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to safeguard your personal data, including:
